We used Tony with Dwell Inspections twice in the last couple months for inspections on potential homes. Both times the service was fantastic! The detailed reports complete with pictures for each problem area very valuable. We were able to send the report over to the seller and they agreed to fix all of the high priority issues for us. I also appreciate the personal walkthrough of the property once the inspection is complete to point out the potential issues and concerns. Would highly recommend their services!

Tony did our inspection and it was very thorough and complete. He had me meet him at the house near the end of the inspection to review any major items and answer any questions I had. He did a great job getting into tight spaces to do a thorough inspection even in areas with limited access. The report was very organized and helpful and included everything from minor cosmetic damages to mechanical issues he was able to identify. We would highly recommend using their services!!

Dwell Inspection services were reasonably priced, provided an extremely thorough inspection, and communicated with us in a very efficient manner. Our inspector, Tony, explained everything to us in laymen's terms first so then when we received our full home inspection report we already knew what each picture and description was referencing.
