Dave recently helped us inspect our new house, and he was absolutely great! Punctual and friendly, he was incredibly easy to work with on inspection day, and was also incredibly informative. The inspection report was detailed (with photos of any and all issues), and he also wrote in helpful advice on how to address each of the issues. Dave has given us incredibly peace of mind in purchasing our new home. We couldn’t recommend him higher.

Dave recently completed the inspection on a home we are in the process of purchasing. He was very flexible as he worked around our schedules and the time frame we needed our inspection done in. He was very thorough with his report including images and resources for us to use to make simple repairs around the home. Dave took the time to explain everything to us in detail, which as first time home buyers we appreciated greatly! Dave inspected the house that I am purchasing, and the process and his report was so helpful! I am not very knowledgeable about home repairs, etc, but after reading Dave's report, which is complete with pictures and detailed descriptions, I feel confident that I can address everything that needs to be corrected. Dave Ward is an extremely knowledgeable home inspector who did a most thorough job for us. As first-time home buyers, we were nervous about buying any home, let alone an older home. Dave was able to explain to us clearly the state of the home and the most important maintenance issues that needed immediate or eventual attention. This guy is amazing! I had him do an inspection on two homes that we were considering, and because of his inspection we were able to determine the best home for our family. He gave a VERY detailed report consisting of about 50 pages, which outlined all the areas of concern and what could be done to improve the home for years to come. I could not be happier with his service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who is in need of a GREAT inspector!!! He was able to come to the house on Saturday to meet with us and go over the inspection in detail since we lived out of town, and he addressed all of our questions and concerns. If we ever move again, we will definitely use DW Inspections LLC!!! I have even recommended him to my family....that says a lot!!!
