Duval Station Landing Apartments

This review is based on my personal experience and preferences. It depends on what you are looking for and what is important to you. it's good for a first apartment and compared to many other places I've seen in Jacksonville. Pros-things I like -its clean, management is organized and communicates and does try to accommodate, maintenance is on top of stuff and quick, it's a small gated and smoke free community not over crowded and  pretty quiet and safe,  convenient location near river City marketplace and both I95 and I295, has valet trash , Cons for me personally- no ceiling fans or upgraded appliances, the silverfish are very annoying little creatures and one got in my office chair so I may have to buy a new one now,  I had to buy two air purifiers for my particular unit because of th

You won’t find a better apartment complex than Duval Station Landing. I lived here for 3 years and just moved out (sad) to relocate for work. The office manager Melanie communicates effectively with everyone. Maintenance Shawn responds promptly to any situation you may have. The apartments are pretty big with an oversized balcony with a huge storage closet. The pool and gym are so awesome. Please don’t hesitate if you’re new to Jacksonville to go check this place out.

Duval Station Landing Apartments is such a beautiful, well-kept community! I am always so impressed on the overall curb appeal and cleanliness. The manager, Melanie Barnes, is always so pleasant to speak to. Her care of her residents is very apparent. I would 100% recommend this community!

Lindsay in the leasing office gave us such a great tour. She answered all of our questions in her presentation so we didn't even have to ask anything. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. The community is so beautiful. Clean, new, and the apartments are so spacious! The pool sparkly, the gym is clean and smells fresh. It's such a perfect little community. Oh, and it's gated. Can lose here.

If you’re considering moving here….BEWARE!! You will often see Silverfish in your apartment! And the pest control says unfortunately they can’t eradicate the issue because of how these units are structured. Although there’s a lot of great things that can be said about these apartments, I don’t plan on renewing the lease after this term Is up. For some that may not be a deal breaker. Other than that these apartments would be perfect!
