Day 3 of NO snow removal! Ppl have to go to work! We can not get out of our parking lot! Other properties have cleared the lots for their residents! Not to mention I had a water leak since last night from the ceiling 1/26, called emergency maintenance and no one picked up or returned the call! This pretty much sucks because they want their rent?! This is unacceptable! Management needs to do better!!! I literally had to pay a guy (thank you) to plow the entrance of our property so I can pull in!! ? Why when I’m renting?! $40 just to pull into my property because management failed!

I am very very disappointed with this apartment company! I was made wait more than 3 months just to be ditched and ignored by a leasing agent. Such a shame, the raymond guy was all good and welcoming at starting but when it came to actually work i was totally ignored. I kept calling the leasing office multiple times so that i could talk with my agent but he never answered. I got his email from another agent, he ignored my mails too he kept on putting me on hold when i just constantly kept on asking if any unit is available. If it’s not available just tell me it’s not going to be available and be responsive. Don’t keep a person on hold and waste their time. I would have plenty of time to find somewhere else if i wasn’t kept on hold in this company. The worst experience ever!!!!!!This place

Had hot water issues and I requested for maintenance to check it out, the plumber did an excellent job fixing the issue in my unit. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained what needed to be done clearly. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. I really appreciate the quality of his work and the respectful way he handled the job. Great maintenance service overall—thank you Meyko !

Good luck if you try to rent here. They require a perfect rental history and very high credit — not just for upgrades, but likely for any new tenants as well. We lived under the previous management company and everything ran smoothly — payments, notices, and maintenance were handled properly. Since the new management took over, it has been a complete nightmare. Multiple lease errors, mismanagement of insurance, incorrect security deposit records, and even an eviction filed despite all rent being paid. We had to go to court unnecessarily because the management failed to notify us that the case was already dismissed. Attempts to clarify issues with the office were met with confusion and a lack of accountability. Overall, the current management shows poor organization, negligence, and lack

No amenities, rent goes up higher and higher each year and the maintenance crew is trash! There's always dog feces on the sidewalks. They move anybody into their property, as long as you have the money. Donald Trump's God son used to own this property and various other properties all on northern parkway. Go figure!
