We have been renting with DuPont Realty for almost 3 years and the folks here are all so wonderful. I truly valued their partnership especially during a really difficult situation we had last year with a previous landlord but they were so swift with ensuring our situation was taken care of. They are communicative and most importantly trust worthy.

I’ve had a really good experience with DuPont Realty during my years living here in Washington. They’ve always been helpful, easy to work with, and responsive whenever something came up. Communication was straightforward, and I never felt left in the dark. What I appreciated most was how consistent and reliable they were over time. They made things simpler and less stressful, which goes a long way when you’re dealing with housing. Overall, they played a big part in making my time here a positive and memorable experience. Shout to Owen and Brooklyn for being just great! Thank you Bob for being the bridge from Germany to Washington when I first moved here in 2021. We absolutely loved renting from Dupont Realty. We rented with them for four years, and I can honestly say they are hands-down the best rental company we have ever worked with. They made renting far less stressful and are especially accommodating to military personnel. Renting is often a headache many companies ignore issues unless it involves rent but Dupont Realty is truly different. They genuinely care about their tenants and consistently make sure any concerns are addressed, whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple question. Their response time is excellent; I’ve submitted maintenance requests and received replies within hours. They always clearly communicate who will be handling the issue and when the company will reach out. Both moving in and moving out were incredibly smooth

10/10 experience so far! We inquired on a property and they were able to squeeze a showing in same day (totally last minute). Brooklyn, our proper manager was great and made a really good first impression. She was very knowledgeable about all the property that she manages and showed she really cared for them. We applied the same night and got an answer of approval the very next day. We’ve never had such a fast turn around in all of our years of renting (over 10+ years, 5 different rental properties). The move in process was seamless and Brooklyn kept us updated throughout it all. On the day we got the keys, we got to meet everyone else in the office and they were so friendly and welcoming. You can tell that Penelope, the owner of DRPM, picked a good team and she imbues a family like cultur
