Duo Apartments

Good location. However, there is construction everywhere. Almost every street is closed around this apartment. The parking garage is always packed because the construction workers park there or the people who work in the buildings across. You’ll get charged by park Omaha as well even though you’re paying for it through the apartment. The building is super cold. If u turn it up to be warm expect your bill to be (160-200) for a 1b. The paint is really cheap. A lot of young people, so when the apartment upstairs parties you can easily hear it. There is only ONE trash chute and it’s on floor 2. The leasing agent is nice but other than that eh you’d be paying a lot for something that isn’t that worth it.

Although I do not live here (yet), I took a tour with Kye and he was amazing! He truly made my tour experience personable and he did a great job at showing us the community and amenities. Not to mention the apartments themselves were SO nice. I would highly recommend touring with him as well as checking out the place! 10/10 experience.

Three months ago when Hannah took me on a tour of the building having to wear a hard hat amidst the construction I knew even then this was the place I wanted to live. And now living here I am not disappointed. The planning, application and setting up applications was seamless even though I had thousands of questions for Hannah. She is a gem for the company - professional, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. If you are thinking about renting here do ask for her. The amenities here are also phenominable.

I remember 2 yrs ago I saw on the news. The Nu-Style development purchased the land of Central Park building on Farnam. When I saw the floors plans on the website, and then took a hard hat tour. I just knew instantly I was going to move into development. I moved into The Duo a 1 1/2 months ago and it’s been a pleasurable experience thus far. The leasing agents are very Attentive, Professional and they made the application and the move in process a breeze. I’m extremely happy with my apartment and all the fancy amenities, and the perfect view of the new Mutual of Omaha tower. This downtown development is exactly what downtown omaha needed. If you’re looking to move don’t look any further. Definitely check out The Duo, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Truly the best community and environment! I feel so incredibly welcomed by the employees & they truly are the best help! Shoutout to my girl Hannah, she has helped me every step of the way and been incredibly patient with the millions of questions I’ve had. Definitely recommend the Duo for anyone in need of finding a comfortable welcoming place, and I definitely recommend Hannah for all inquiries regarding the Duo. They are all the best 😊😊
