Dunlap Falls

We moved into this place in Dec of 2017 and have loved every bit of it. From the cost to the people in the front office, the experience has been amazing. The renovated apartments are beautiful and the community in whole is great too. It’s quiet and with security patrol, my entire family feels safe. I love that there is a playground my son can play at instead of having to cross a major street to get to the park. If you are looking for a place to call home, Dunlap Falls is it!

They have great office staff and management.beautiful updated property. David done a lot of work to this complex. Very beautiful property. Most of all the staff in the office is great. Anytime you put a work order in they work really hard not only to complete the order but to follow up and make sure you are satisfied that everything went smooth. They really go out of their way to make the residents feel welcome and appreciate living here. I would recommend this property to anyone. They also have great programs like homework help during school and crafts in the summer during holidays they have little festivals for the residence and giveaways. For most holidays like Father's Day and Mother's Day they do luncheons with gifts . It is really a great Community to live in.

I absolutely love the apartment, the only problem is parking. There should be parking assigned to each tenant, because finding parking after 6pm is hectic! Also have had issues with upstairs neighbors being too loud ALL DAY, EVERYDAY. Went to the office and presented the videos I have recorded at 3 in the morning where I can’t sleep because there’s people stomping so hard upstairs and nothing was done. Ana seems like a wonderful agent, but she called me and said they couldn’t do anything and reminded me that I have the option to “break the lease” if I can’t handle it and can’t live comfortably . My review of Dunlap Falls. Well, overall it was a really decent place to live. They had worked hard at remodeling and getting in a more decent class of people. The apartments overall are much nicer. I actually really enjoyed living here for a while. There were a couple issues here and there as nowhere is perfect. But all of that has changed now. I have the unfortunate fate of having family members of one of the office workers move in to the apartment above mine about a year ago I think. It’s been hellish ever since. They act as though they have never lived in an apartment and have never had to be considerate of those around them. The noise is unbelievable. I’m talking about a big family with multiple kids who run, hop, skip, jump and I don’t know what else to make such an enormous racket

I would like to update my review from 11 months ago. The Management staff backed by Chamberlin and Associates has invested revenue back into the complex in regards to the sewage pipes that used to back up and overflow, that an issue of the past. So I recommend those individuals, couples or room-mates looking for a place to lease. I recommend leasing here. I should know. My family and I been leasing here since January 2017 and we are satisfied now with the way things are now.
