Barry and his team are the best luxury home builder. Our house has so many details and perfections that makes it a Dunhill Home. Barry and his team stand behind their craftsmanship and work and are great to work with. I highly recommend Dunhill Builders.

We had a custom home built with Dunhill in 2021 and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Even while navigating supply chain issues and a lot of other challenges, our house was done on time and within expectations. Even with a lot of custom works. Simply put, Barry and Stan and team are the best builders in Vienna (or the very least in the top 2). Through our home building process, Barry was more like a friend than anything else. An approachable, easily reachable, and generous friend. I’m not sure if any other builders have the company CEO readily available by text/call/email/in person at any time. Of course small items will come up during the design and build process, and after move in - the difference is that Barry is ALWAYS prompt and thorough in solving items that come up, or enlisting the help of the right people. His style of leadership permeates through all the people on his team. Stan and Kathy are the other two on the Dunhill core team and they were very supportive through several design choices/meetings. His contractors for different elements (lightning, flooring, paint, etc) were clearly happy to be working with Dunhill

We purchased our home from Dunhill just over 5 years ago when moving here from Chicago. We didn't go through the build process, our house was already completed and on the market. Barry has been great to work with from day 1. We are extremely happy with the quality of our home. We haven't had problems at all and whenever we've had any minor issues, he immediately sent someone out to address it. I still reach out to Barry often for recommendations or advice on anything house related. If we ever decide to build a new home in Vienna, we would definitely use Dunhill and highly recommend them.

Barry, Stan, and Kathy have been wonderful during our entire homebuilding process and after. Unlike other builders, Dunhill actually cares and treats our house like its own. We’ve been more than happy with the house we recently built. The team has been very responsive to messages and come up with solutions to expected minor things that we’ve encountered even after we moved in. If we could, we would give more than 5 stars!
