Dunfield Townhomes

This property is dirty & has rodent's. Trash collects in piles. The amount of carts on this property. Maintenance has a high turnover so they come when they feel like it. Do not waste your money !! It’s literally the projects in the middle of the county.

This was the worst experience moving in my life. I was so hesitant to write a review, because we were allowing them grace but let me start from the beginning. We applied for this place back on October 17, 2024 and hopes of moving in by October 25, 2024 because on the site they had immediate move in. During this process we were dealing with Mario. He’s was very helping and actually informed us they we could move in by October 24, 2024. So we agreed on that date and the unit. Then was told that the place wasn’t ready yet (which I read on all the reviews that they have this issue) But I still wanted to give them the benefit. Caitlin the assistant manager is amazing. Has personally and consistently helped me and my family get thru dark times and is always available whenever anything is needed. The whole community is always in a state of improvement but I mean that positively. They have a vision and they are working towards it.

I had the pleasure of taking a wonderful tour from Thurron Johnson, the super nice and excellent leasing agent. I walked in and he greeted me in the most welcoming way. He put me right at ease, then showed me the actual unit I would be interested in renting. It was really nice, and he explained every detail about the townhome. Thank you Thurron!

This will be my last year here..I've been here for one year and would've moved but didn't know until late needed to have everything signed 3 months prior to moving. They have a bad mice problem..nasty tenants leave trash on ground at dumpsters instead of putting in dumpster. I have a clean house and still come downstairs to mouse droppings every morning. Can't even walk around barefoot. I should've looked at reviews before moving in here...it was a storm almost a month ago and water started leaking thru my room. I've asked them numerous times when can someone come and fix it..the spot has gotten bigger..it could be growing mold in the walls. Just too much going on!
