Dune Apartments

HAVE THEM DOCUMENT EVERY INCH OF THE APARTMENT BEFORE MOVE IN. They surprisingly charged me $180 on move-out for the carpet cleaning for the stairs when it was already dirty when I moved in. The carpet was not even listed as feature for my apartment, mind you, since it has vinyl plank and tile on the main living areas. Carpet was only present on the stairs for what I assumed is used for sound dampening. When I asked them if they could clean the carpet early on, the assistant manager then told me that they don't clean the carpet stairs for the top apartment as it's not really a part of the apartment. And in my brain at the time, I thought... "Okay, that somewhat makes sense as in other apartment complexes, the stairs are on the outside." I am very ashamed I didn't have them document this be

I was driving by and I happened to see the apartments & wanted to stop in since I was in town for only 2 days. I didn't have an appt, but the leasing girl was so gracious and accommodating. I'm looking for a 3/2, but there wasn't a model available to see. However, she did take me to tour a smaller apt and it was very nice inside. Depending on the job offer, this most likely will be our new home!

I lived at Dune for 2 years before relocating nearby, primarily due to the convenient location, and here's my honest review. Firstly, the move-in process was a nightmare. I had to constantly follow up on my application which should've been the first red flag. I moved into a dirty, unflipped unit, which resulted in maintenance constantly visiting my apartment for repairs. The walls are VERY thin. I had 2 different neighbors within 2 years; we shared a bedroom wall. I could hear each of them SNORING, talking, listening to TV, etc. which kept me up at night. The unit did not feel "luxury" at all. The "smart" home they advertised did not work until a YEAR later! They required multiple troubleshoots before replacing the hub, which took forever to arrive. I've lived here since 2019 and the property does a really good job of taking care of any requests we make be it maintenance or general questions. The property manager Andrea and her team do their best to be responsive even when they are short staffed or experiencing other property difficulties. The office staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful for whatever we may need. Thank you for all that you do. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

I love my home. The staff are sweet and accommodating. I love our pool our gym is top of the line. My pup loves the 2 dog parks. My apartment is beautiful and luxurious. I am blessed and so lucky tonlive here.
