Dundee Place Apartments, Omaha

This is an excellent building in a great neighborhood that also feels safe. The building is kept clean and updated, and it's generally quiet. I lived there for several years and absolutely loved it. Nicely sized 2 bedrooms with a clean shared laundry room and a secured access front door. The Dundee neighborhood is super fun with a lot of small businesses in easy walking distance. The med center is also about a 20 minute walk through a nice neighborhood, and it's far enough from dodge street you don't get road noise, but it's only 2 blocks to a bus stop that'll get you around town. The landlords are really kind and understanding and having toured other properties of theirs, they keep all of their buildings in good shape. Loved this apartment! The space was good, the neighborhood is super walkable (restaurants, library, medical center, park, great clips, gas stations, grocery store all within a mile), the apartment was lovely, and Sue is very responsive, kind & communicative. We always had a parking space. 10/10 would recommend.
