Duncan Hill Apartment Homes

I had a very unexpected need to move, and was confined to a fairly small radius. When I heard about Duncan Hill, I applied sight unseen and late in the day. Asia stayed late to make sure my application was processed and to share my approval with me. During the week between Christmas and new years, this is a huge deal. Later upon seeing the units available, I also put in an app for Cranford crossing, which is another Morgan Property that Asia and her colleague Susanna oversee. Ultimately like anything else, there were many pros and cons with both units, but I unfortunately could not see myself committing to either property which sucked because Duncan Hill has a cute pool, dog run, and playground, while Cranford crossing is almost like living in Hoboken with everything that’s around in the

The best move in process I’ve had! Ashley, Asia and Susana were a pleasure to work with from reviewing the apartments to the actual move in process. Any time I called or emailed with questions, they were happy to help guide me in the right direction. Duncan Hill apartments are beautifully kept as well. We’re really excited to live here!

We recently lived at Duncan Hill during a renovation and were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience! The staff was thoughtful and responsive, the facilities were functional and spacious. Above all, the residents were neighborly and the grassy courtyards offered a lovely community feel and a place for our children to play together. We will definitely recommend to others.

I have enjoyed living at the Duncan Hill Apartments! The neighbors are friendly. I enjoy hearing the laughter of the children playing in the yard. The office staff is responsive and friendly. The location is convenient to town, but also relatively quiet. I have especially been grateful, these last few days, to see how assiduous the company has been about getting ploughs and shovelers out to tackle the snow storm before the ice was able to take hold of the sidewalks and parking lot. I was relieved to see the way the shoveling in front of the garage doors was handled. Thank you!

I love my quiet apartment and the grounds. The office staff are very helpful and always go the extra mile to help ensure your experience is great. I love the pool in the summer, it gives me some relaxation time and the opportunity to catch some sun without having to go to far!
