Dumont at Delano

Absolutely beautiful apartment with so many great amenities and quiet location close to downtown Wichita! Bailey was great help and very professional! Felt at home as soon as I stepped through the door!!

I loved touring these apartment I was very impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The layout of the apartment was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes that really stood out. The leasing process has been smooth so far, and the team has been incredibly professional and welcoming. I appreciated how transparent and informative they were during the tour every question I had was answered thoroughly and honestly!

My experience with Dumont has been great!! My SO and I have been looking for a two bedroom that meets all of desires and the Dumont has far exceeded them. Starting with a private self guided tour that made exploring the apartment stress free. We have been working with Taylor and she has been absolute delight. She responds quickly providing pertinent information that was key in making our decision to move forward with Dumont. We cannot wait to call Dumont home!!

My husband and I are in the process of trying to find a new home in quickly manner, so we were a little worried about settling for a place that we didn't quite love, luckily Rachelle brought up the new Dumont apartments and we loved them! Rachelle was a great guide, very informative and made the experience fun because of her personality! :) Looking forward to working with them!

The amenities are top-notch — whether it’s the lounge spaces or outdoor areas, everything feels brand new and well cared for.
