We worked with Dulaney Title & Escrow for our recent home purchase. We were first time home buyers and they were recommended through our realtor. They were easy to work with and made the entire process run smooth!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dulayney Title. Their communication was extremely poor throughout the entire process, and I often found myself chasing them for updates. Deadlines were missed without any notice or explanation, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. On top of that, their staff lacked professionalism and seemed unorganized, which made me question their attention to detail. I expected a smooth process, but instead, it was stressful and drawn out. I would not recommend Dulayney Title to anyone looking for reliable and timely service. My experience with Dulayney Title was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. 7/13/18 Working with Settlement Officer Drew out at Dulaney was such a pleasure! He is very responsive to emails, is available by phone, (even if it's late and there's a 3 hour time difference!) and he got everything taken care of really fast! I so appreciate the opportunity to work with companies like this.

My experience with this title company was terrible. They are unresponsive but seem to have time to talk to select people during transactions. I called 9 times in 2 weeks for an update on a property I had closing and was told each time that the title agent who was managing my transaction (Drew) was in a settlement or was busy and to expect a call back or email. Never heard a word the whole time and even after we closed I still have yet to receive the HUD that I requested. One of the worst experiences with a title company to date
