I am absolutely astounded to see negative reviews! My husband and I have been in our home for going on 3 years. Any problems we’ve had were promptly fixed. We’ve never had a problem with communication. He gave my family a chance when NO ONE else was willing. Yes, we pay a small fee for repairs, but it’s fixed so quickly we never mind. He’s not up our butts, and is just all around amazing. I would highly recommend doing business with Duke Realty. It’s been an absolute pleasure.
One of the best and kindest and most knowledgeable person in the business.He is prompt to answer your calls and has no problem with repairs that need to be done. The office and maintenance folks are all so nice too. Top notch group! There is not a finer Landlord in the business!!!!!!
David Kusko always retuns emails, calls, and text messages promptly. Leasing for over 2 years from him at Bear Creek and every needed repair was taken care of when needed.
