Duke Manor Apartments

The washer machine stopped working. They replace it. The one they brought was even worst than the fist one, does not drain and the clothes stays soaked. The technicians came, they look at it, said that load must be small as the washers are designed for students to do small loads daily, recommended to load it less and they left. Today, with only 2 pants 34 size, not even oversize clothes, the washer does not spin properly. It has been 3 weeks on this dilema, over $140 spend on outside laundry services and dry cleaning and still no luck. Another addition. The washer is leaking water when draining, therefore, the low budget floor material is coming off. The apartment is designed to depreciate and get damage even with extra care, assuming they would get that from your deposit or send you a bi

The maintenance team always provides excellent service. My requests receive a speedy response, staff are polite and explain what to expect, and repairs are completed in a reasonable amount of time. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience.

Excellent service from the maintenance team at Duke Manor Apartments. Angel and Daniel came twice to help us and were always friendly, professional, and very willing to assist. We really appreciate their great attitude and support.

Daniel came in; in the late evening hours due to an emergency electrical issue. He listened to what I had to say before going in to assess the issue. He figured it out and my power was restored. Awesome, patient, respectful all while being done within a timely manner

Maintenance man Daniel did a good job fixing the light in my oven and checking on my ac unit. It was not working last night but he changed filter and even cleaned the equipment outside much fresher in the home
