Great little apartments if you are looking for graduate student housing. We live in a well priced two bedroom apartment and our utilities are about $100.00 a month. There is a bus that takes students to and from campus throughout the day, and there are play areas, day care services, and exercise facilities available to people living here. When we have had maintenance issues they have been prompt and the area is very good. I have always felt safe here. It does feel a little like a lock-down facility sometimes. Very limited parking spaces for building 13,14,15 4. University network(some websites are blocked for no reason) 5. Avoid 1st floor. Very humid in the summer.
