Nice property set back in a quiet area and across from a large park. close to shopping and restaurants. Overall nice place to call home.

I love having a dog park! Instead of having to drive my crazy dog to the dog park I can just walk out my front door. Also not to mention they have routes that are convenient to get to places fast and easier. When I moved in a couple months ago in 2025 the manager Amber was very considerate in my needs and made my move in very smooth. The place may not be all perfect but let’s face it no place out there is perfect. There will always be one thing that we don’t like but we adjust it’s better then living in the city. This place is also like a 20 minute drive to kids castle. My son loves it there! If he is happy then I’m happy!

It's a beautiful area. The apartments are average with some upgrades. Rent is a little high but all in all i like it here. Maintenance is awesome because they arrive quickly. The management is delightful.

Rent is extremely expensive. The apartments aren’t very spacious or aesthetically appealing other than the new kitchen appliances (the buildings are older which can be expected). When we moved in, there were roaches and it took management a week to respond after multiple calls. Some families who live here aren’t very mindful of other residents and noise levels. There is mold in the AC units and bathroom, and old stains on the walls were painted over. We even had brown water running out the facets. Maintenance guys are sweet and do a great job, but it’s unfortunate that management can’t keep up with the overwhelming amount of request from residents. It’s hard to reach the office if you call as well. I expect apartment living to come with some of these issues, but the price is not worth what
