We could not be happier with DSV as our management company. Service is personal, hands on and attentive. They marshalled us thru a $3M construction project with enormous effectiveness.
Not service oriented and poor follow up. You will end up chasing them down for repairs and other things. Would hire them for a smaller low end development but stay away for a higher end or larger property.
No service, need to reach out multiple times via email and voice mail and they still don’t respond. If I coud give negative stars I would.
Terrible property management company never around when you need them..
