Everyone at DSLD was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. From Anna and Ellie in the model home to Tiffany from the loan office the made it all too easy for me as someone who was completely inexperienced with this. They communicated every step of the build process and were super patient and helpful in explaining required documents needed for loan. All in all a fantastic experience and I’m happy to have chose to build with them

Bethany was the ABSOLUTE BEST loan originator ever. As a first time home buyer she kept me informed on every step of this process. She answered every question we had and was very quick to respond.
