DSLD Homes - Legacy Pointe

Due to the construction, a busy road runs right behind several homes and my home (about 15 feet from my backyard fence) and it’s very loud. The large trucks and noisy motorists can be heard while lying in bed, watching TV and even showering. DSLD has poorly zoned this neighborhood in the middle of disturbances, and several residents are paying with their peace and quiet. If you’re looking for something slightly off-grid with a dash of suburbia think again. Or maybe wait until roads are fixed. Hearing the sound of every single vehicle passing by is enough to make someone move out.

Extremely disappointed with how my client was treated at DSLD Legacy Pointe. As a first-time homebuyer, they were unfamiliar with how the new construction buying process works and unfortunately visited the property without fully understanding that doing so without their agent present would cost them the right to representation. Despite my efforts to assist and guide them through this important purchase, DSLD refused to allow me, a licensed real estate professional, to represent them. Buying a home is a major life decision especially for first-time buyers and every buyer deserves the right to have someone advocating for them, explaining the contract, and helping them make informed decisions. Due to their lack of co-operation for agents who bring them clients it’s unfortunate I have to rank them so low. If they were willing to take care of their agent partners who bring them clients this neighborhood would be highly rated! There’s always time to make things right!

Disappointed by the lack of professionalism and cooperation. It’s unfortunate, because the potential is there, but working with them has made it clear that not all partnerships are valued equally.

You should work on a more collaborative relationship with the agents that bring you qualified buyers.
