DSLD Homes - Canes Landing

Do not use DSLD as they are unresponsive and provide horrible customer service. I bought my home 3 years ago and they have yet to repair the damage to the driveway which continues to get worse over time. I've reached out to the builder rep, Houston, multiple times in the past 6 months, also called the main office, and still nothing has been done. I'm an investor and I will never buy a DSLD home again.

The assistant lady asked if we were pre-qualified i said no. then she began asking questions regarding our income (like she was going to qualify us) and i was short (bc i want to see the homes first). I inquired about bigger floor plans and She sent us to Trinity Bluff because we'd "be a better fit there and we'll like it more" and suggested to try the Haughton location too. I said we'll go see the floorplans but we'd be buying here (Canes) because we like this area and it's closer to where we want to be. So we drove the 20minutes to each place then about an hour later drove back to Canes and inquired about the lots available for either the Hickory or Mimosa she said she didn't know and needed to schedule an appt to speak the Sepeda lady.
