Low quality cookie cutter homes. Over priced, little to no land. Terrible access to and from homes, one way in and out for 800 houses. Slabs are poured given less than 24hrs rest before the framers are working. The slabs should sit a minimum of two weeks. Also they are being built on old cane fields and wetlands meaning all the foundation will crack and sink. Do not make the mistake of buying one of these homes you will regret it later.
