We had a terrible experience with DSA Properties. The apartment we leased was in awful condition — not ready to move in and nothing like what we expected. Our realtor, Deyi Awadallah, was extremely rude. When I asked basic questions, he told me, “I will talk to my lawyer, don’t text me again,” and falsely accused me of threatening him — even though I was just trying to get help. Ashley also completely stopped responding. It took over three weeks of constant follow-ups just to get our security deposit back, and we still haven’t received the rent refund. When we tried to terminate the lease within the 7-day window (as stated in the contract), they delayed, confused us, and even told us we had to find new tenants — which is not our responsibility.
