Dry Creek Village Apartments

The new office staff is friendly and has been doing a great job turning the apartments around. They're doing multiple treatments for pest control, which I appreciate! Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems in my apartment. It's a good feeling to like where you live

I just want to give a shoutout to Ashley and Hailey in the office at Dry Creek Village! They’re both super friendly and always have great communication. You can really tell they care about the residents and are doing such a great job, especially being the new staff. Maintenance has also been awesome — every time I put in a work order, it gets handled really quickly. It’s been such a positive change lately, and I really appreciate all the effort they’re putting in to keep everything running smoothly.

I like living here. Staff is nice. Manager is cool and answered all my questions about my lease renewal. It's a no brainer to keep living here.

Too many homeless people in the trash dumpster and in the laundromat. They even stolen my clothes out of the washer. I don't feel safe walking to my car anymore. I paid over 1,500 dollars for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and I don't feel comfortable going outside once the sun goes down. There needs to be more security after 5pm.

The manager Ashley is a great manager. She's very friendly and gets things done. The maintenance guy Ernesto is great. I've lived here for almost 10 years now.......having a good manager and maintenance people make living here a lot happier place to live.
