My house flooded and my insurance reached out to this company for a short term rental while repairs were made. The office is located at a house and she will yell at you if you knock to make sure it's the right place. She is unstable and will send out frantic texts and since this happened before lease, deposit and utilities were done, we choose to back out. Dawn Drury then illegally billed my insurance for rent for April causing my family including three kids to be homeless due to insurance only being able to pay one month. We she didn't have a lease, deposit or utilities and she is again illegally keeping money. Insurance has put a stop to future billing but I am not being forced to small claims court with everything else my family is dealing with.

We rented from Drury Property Management for 7 years. I've rented for many years during my life, I've never had a better experiance with a landlord/property manager. Dawn & her amazing team were always professional & super friendly, they were very quick to respond to phone calls or any maintenance requests. The tenant portal made paying rent or any other communications extremely convenient. We feel we were treated with respect & genuine care for our privacy whenever DPM had to enter our home. We were treated fairly when terminating our lease & the return of our deposit. I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about renting from Drury Property Management.

My husband and I have rented a duplex through Drury Property Management for two years. It's been enjoyable. We've had fast responses to every need and staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. Just renewed our lease and looking forward to more happy days and in our cozy home.

I have been with Drury Property Management for 3 years. Dawn was professional and compassionate in helping me work through a delicate and difficult situation. Her company gives excellent customer service to the homeowner and renter. I highly recommend them.

In response to the owners comment on Ashlee Fox’s review Ashlee was the initial point of contact and the phone tour was not followed through with Ashlee and there were no bad road conditions at that point. I was able to reach them a few days later for a reschedule which they continued to reschedule over and over. We were on a month to month lease not a year lease as you have claimed. Our landlord tried to contact you several times receiving no returned phone call. He was also aware 45 days prior to our move when we were only required to give 30 days notice. I am self employed and make $3,000 a month which was all verified from my bank accounts. We had a phone conversation with Harleigh and she said we were the only ones even looking at the house.
