I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone. The broker, Theila, is pretty much missing in action and hadn’t answered any of our phone calls and even when we went to the office, she had not responded to meet us there. Also, she only corresponded via email and she didn’t send any emails to my actual real estate agent and I, as the buyer had to be the one to loop him in. We were waiting over 2 weeks to hear back on an offer that we put in to their office, only to hear that the offer was accepted from another buyer. Theila didn’t give us a chance to negotiate or work with the seller at all, and had strung the deal along and stretched things out. She truly wasted our time and lost our business.

We've used this company 4 times in the past 2 1/2 yrs. Recently on our last trip we rented a home that was new to them as a rental. We had minor issues, told them no hurry BUT we're out to fix and take care of them as late as 730PM. The staff are super friendly and more than willing to work toward their customer service

Suann has been great to work with. Anyone looking to buy, or sell she is your go to person. Very knowledgeable about the area and it's history. She has been a pleasure so far.
