Dring's Reach Apartments

Completely wasted my time for a month. Was one of my only options for an apartment and kept getting told different prices for the rent. They wouldn’t answer phones or emails even when I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A EMAIL! I had to constantly show up to the office just to get answers

The management is at best mediocre. Every 6 months we have new leasing consultants and its a shame that this property cannot seem to retain adequate staff. I have been dealing with an infestation of mice for over 6 months and have not been granted a transfer no matter how many times I have requested. I have caught over 7 mice on the sticky traps provided by maintenance. The maintenance man for the property used to live in my building and even he moved out due to the mice. Several pest control technician's have visited my home and when I called the rental office to ask what else is being done, I was told that previous pest control left notes saying the job was completed and no further work was required. I am former resident. Drings Reach has some of the worst management. They like to lie a lot and charged me property damage fees for damages that did not exist. They will not work with you to fix any issues, maintenance guys would always tell you they will come to fix your issue but they will not do so. I would not recommend living in this place especially if you have kids. there are people sitting outside on stairs smoking weed all day long.
