Dreycott - Taylor Morrison

I recently visited this community and was truly impressed. The location is unbeatable — just 3 minutes from Coolray Field, 4 minutes from The Exchange at Gwinnett and I-85, and only 6 minutes from Mall of Georgia. Everything you could possibly need is right nearby. The homes are absolutely beautiful. I loved that they offer both 3-story townhomes and single-family homes, all with 3-sides brick construction. The different elevations really give the neighborhood character instead of every home looking the same. It feels thoughtfully designed and well-built. Being located in the highly rated Mountain View school district is another huge plus. Overall, the community felt welcoming, well-planned, and conveniently located. Definitely worth touring!

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Dreycott by Taylor Morrison! The homes are beautifully designed 3-story townhomes and single-family homes, featuring 3-sides brick construction and multiple elevations to choose from. You can really tell the quality and attention to detail that Taylor Morrison puts into their builds. What truly sets this community apart, though, is Vickie Johnson. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes the entire process smooth

I absolutely love the homes at Dreyscott by Taylor Morrison! The area has such a warm, family-friendly environment that truly makes it feel like home. They offer beautiful townhomes as well as spacious single-family houses, so it was easy to find something that fit our needs. The location is incredibly convenient, especially being so close to the Mall of Georgia.

The Dreycott-Taylor Morrison community is truly a hidden gem. If you are in the market for a townhome or a single family home, you cannot go wrong choosing to reside here. Not only is it based in the highly rated Mountainview School District, but is also centrally located to meet all of your entertainment, dining, and shopping needs. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home and/or raise a family.

I had a 5-star experience here! Vickie’s guidance was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and made the entire process enjoyable. The location is a huge plus. It’s just minutes from I 85, which makes my commute so much easier. The space itself was absolutely beautiful and modern.
