As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and he answered all of them, usually before we asked them. From preapproval to making offers to closing, he was always available to talk and made sure that we knew what to expect with each step. When we were making offers on homes, he worked closely with our realtors so that they knew the earliest date we could offer to close. The offer that got accepted had a tight closing deadline (25 days including a federal holiday), but he had our loan processed with some time to spare. We highly recommend working with Ryan!
