Edit to add: We ended our lease, and will update on the move out process and deposit refund once everything is complete. Best apartments I’ve lived in. Lorena is on top of everything as our property manager. She is responsive, and follows up on whatever issues arise, if any. Our maintenance manager Sal is amazing as well, he is also on top of everything in respect to maintenance. This is one of the perks of living here in my opinion, I value the open communication with both of them. All I have to do is send a text and Lorena handles it. The complex is very well kept, always clean, trash services come multiple times per week, we never have issues with overflow or mess. Great updated interior excellent location. Maintenance is great. You will have a new property manager every year or so. If you do not own a car, or if you love walking this is a great pace for you. Parking is SEVERELY limited here. We have been parking in the fire lane for the past 3 years as a result with no issue. As of today 2 of our cars have been towed and our parking space was advertised as guest parking to new residents. Manager Briana Holmes is unable to take accountability or communicate. She recommended we park at vons and walk. She also said we could get the new residents car towed if we wanted just like our cars were towed. The new resident said she was told our specific parking spot was guest parking. Feels bad to get someone else towed too just because the property isn't bei

new management (Brianna) doesn't know what they are doing. this place has really gone downhill in the past year. tenants never seem to stay. parking is a nightmare they expect you to park your car at vons (down the street) and walk to the apartment if someone takes YOUR spot. if you don't they will tow your car.... do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you wanna pay 500$ everytime someone takes your spot. this place is a joke

Drew Court apartments have been by far the best apartments I have lived in. Not only are the units super spacious, but the management is amazing. Sammie is super friendly and amazing. She made my move here super easy and was very understanding. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any and all to consider living at Drew Court apartments. Definitely 10/10!!

I can't say enough about the service provided by Tram and maintenance here at Drew Court. Nothing less than exceptional service-super prompt and responsive. Apartments are beautiful. I am grateful to be living here.
