Buyer beware. Investigate the quality of homes this company has built. I live in the Greens of Chapel Creek Townhomes built by this company. My townhome was built in 2019. Some are newer. Several owners have been having attic condensation for 1 - 2 years. This builder has still not fixed the problem. The quality of the carpentry work is sub-standard (doors not plumb, paint drips, touch-up with wrong paint, defective tile, Bosch appliances so obsolete we can't get parts, and more). Look for feedback on Facebook, Nextdoor and Instagram.
Sometimes things come up. Kevin has been quick to communicate with me in an effort to get to the best solution. Very grateful for the timely response
