Dream Winter Haven

My husband and I have been living here for a little less than a month and the only way to describe it is- a dream. Every one of the office and maintenance staff- Mrs. Wandy, Ms. Nandy, Ms. Morgan, Ivan and the other maintenance crew- have been unbelievably kind, attentive and any requests or questions we've had have been addressed at the speed of light. I am not kidding we put in a work order at 8:00A on a Monday morning and at 8:05A the maintenance crew was there to fulfill the request. Because it is a brand new community not everything is open yet but it will all be worth the wait. The apartments are beautiful and the layout is thought out pretty well. At night the lights are bright so if you are sensitive to light you will need to hang curtains but I appreciate it. The grounds do feel s

Superb Customer Service!!!!!! I enjoy living here because it’s quiet, beautiful and peaceful. But, the best part is the quality customer service I receive upon any requests, especially with maintenance. I have made several requests and they are always handled quickly, very quickly! Thank you all so much for your urgent responses and keeping our grounds clean! I have all good things to say about the staff here. I could not be more happy with my decision to move from South Florida to Dream at Winter Haven. I feel safe and valued. Loving my beautiful home. Thank you all!

Nancy did a PHENOMENAL JOB, 🥰 she was a great show caster for the tour and a great leasing agent she told me about everything I needed to know before hand and it sounded so good I applied and was approved the next day 😱!! I am now booked into my 1b 1b and got my free IPAD with my move in thank you NANCY for your hard work and dedication you were truly appreciated.

I toured the apartment with leasing agent Nandy and loved it from the very start. She was extremely informative and guided me step by step through the process, making everything easy and clear. Nandy is amazing! I moved in on 12/02/2025, and my daughter and I absolutely LOVE it here. We can’t wait for the December meet and greet for the new residents. Highly recommended!
