Chuck is very kind and professional and took the time to point various things out to my boyfriend and I that the common eye couldn’t catch. Chuck was very flexible and was able to get our home inspected at very short notice. He thoroughly explained each and every little detail and made us, as first time homebuyers, feel very secure and confident that we would be purchasing a house that would be safe for us to live in. When I was in need of a home inspection last minute, Chuck was nice enough to rearrange his schedule to fit one in, giving my husband and I plenty of time to review the report before taking repair requests to the seller.
