Disappointment in this builder would be an understatement. I’ve never been gaslighted so much like I have by the warranty manager. Their warranty is essentially useless as they have a loophole for nearly everything to get them out of fixing their mistakes. It seems no one within this company cares after you buy these homes and would rather just finish the remaining lots and hit the road. The community is already facing major issues that the builder won’t take accountability for. From drainage issues throughout the community to the builder’s crew knocking down street signs that took months to put back up. My overall experience with DFH was outstanding. Starting since day 1 on February 27, 2025 until closing day September 29, 2025 the journey was Amazing!!. Starting with Amanda Peterson 💕 she was awesome. She helped me and my family to pick the right lot and to make this process smoother to have a better outcome. Also, I want to share the lender Shawna she was the perfect resource on this process. Shawna and Amanda were 100% very attentive and supportive throughout the whole process since day 1. I just want to share the experience I had with helping my client buy a home with The Dream Finders Team in Lillington, NC. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Helmick and Tyler Tew. They were very professional and very accommodating. We had a bit of a challenge with the home, well the yard. It was a very steep slope and dropped off within a few feet of the back door. Matt and Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my clients home/yard was exactly what she wanted. It took clear up until we closed for the yard to be finished but they worked hard to get that deadline met. I will continue to work with Matt and Tyler in the future.
