Met with Tim Weisheyer several times before listing. He discussed concerns and options with my wife and me regarding the property and we were provided an answer to all our questions. We were never pressured or asked to sign anything. Only after we contacted him to go ahead with the listing did his staff send electronic docs to sign. Very quickly afterwards they sent a photographer and had the listing up within a day.

For a little over two years I have had the pleasure to work with DBR. Tim and Joe are very informative and offer great advice. Whenever I have the chance I refer clients to DBR, I know my clients will receive the most professional service. In addition, Tim is very active in the community. He served on the Osceola School Board, the Downtown Kissimmee Area Council and so much more. I would recommend any client, friend or family member to Dream Builders Realty.

The entire team has always treated my wife and I with great respect. From the moment you step into the "homely" office set up, to the moment you actually close a deal the service and depth of knowledge is exceptional. This is the place to go if you are buying or selling!

This company deserves zero stars. Bought a house from them, and nothing was done, even after the inspector stated for them to things. Dishwasher drain hose, was not hooked up, nor the garbage disposal. The tiles in the house are all uneven. Seams in the carpet are starting to expose themselves, and the wiring in the electric panel, does not match what is labeled. Probably the worst and cheapest company to ever buy from.
