From the very beginning, working with Brightland Homes was an incredible experience. My best friend built his home here in 2024 and couldn’t stop raving about the neighborhood and the team at Brightland, which initially drew us in. I first connected with Arnold, who has since retired, and was then introduced to Demi. She guided us through the process after we signed the contract, and working with her and Tommy, who built our home, was truly a pleasure. Both were extremely communicative and responsive—every question or concern we had was quickly addressed. If they didn’t have the answer, they made sure to find it. Throughout the build, Demi kept us updated with photos, especially since we were living in California and expecting our newborn, which made traveling difficult. She always deliv

We recently purchased a home in March. We are first time home buyers and worked with Demi throughout the process. She was quick to respond to questions and very informative. Tommy, our builder was very thorough and met the deadlines through our closing timeline. It was a great experience working with both of them, would highly recommend.

Just moved into our new home last week, loving it! Our Sales Rep. Demi was simply the best throughout the entire process, and Tommy, the building foreman/manager is second to none. This can be a very trying process but thanks to Demi and Tommy, it went very smoothly. Now that we're in the house, it feels solid and well made. We used a home inspector throughout the build, (one inspection pre-slab pour, one pre-drywall, and one just before our final walk thru just before closing), and based on their observations, they made the comment to us that we have a good builder, that they're doing things right. That was very comforting to us and having lived in the house now for just over a week, we can feel that quality.

From the beginning, constant fighting with this builder to simply do what most would consider ethically correct. Any possible shortcut will be taken with Brightland and they’ll say whatever it takes to avoid any additional costs. In my walkthrough, there were about 50 items missed that I would have been stuck with had I not caught. Interesting that this was their approach versus the builder flagging it before I even got there. Even after marking it with tape, I went back and some of the tape was removed and the damage was not fixed- requiring me to mark it a second time. Builder lied and said the cleaner must have removed the tape. At my one year inspection, the builder tried to tell me the water pressure was not a problem and that I should just not add a pressure regulator- despite my in

Poor workmanship and lackluster fixes. Update 6/25/2025: Follow up now that I am out of warranty period. Yard has been continuous issues. The people they sent to fix the bad drainage didn't resolve the issue at all. Half the sprinkler heads were so low that they got buried under the grass requiring extensions. Valve boxes also completely buried. Yard was also an uneven mess and I have been gradually trying to raise up low spots. Concrete is full of holes that opened up from dirt in the mix. One room in the house was not properly vented and overheats in the summer. Update 6/20/2023: Raised to 2 star since the builder contacted me to resolve the issue with the floor. Shame the process had so much pushback. Currently in the process of fixing the drainage issue. Note for future buyers: photo
