DRB did a wonderful job with our new construction home from start to finish. Heather was my sales rep and Scott was my project manager. Both went above and beyond to ensure this process was as smooth as possible. It was so much fun seeing the progress of our home each week. The community itself is wonderful. It’s clean, family oriented, and quiet. I feel safe and at peace in this neighborhood. The amenities are also fantastic. I’m so thankful we made the move here. Thank you again.

House was built, on budget, on schedule and with professional tact. Although not a fully custom home, it appears to be most custom when you look at the windows, the natural lighting the in the garage, the front door and the number of cabinets in the kitchen. Our lot is pretty amazing, with great views and plenty of parking. DRB has made my family's 2024. We understand Scott is a busy man but he always made time when we needed him during and after the home buying process. I would call him with impromptu requests and he some how would be able to stop by and provide guidance or fixes. Scott's assistant PM and Intern were great! We enjoyed our walk throughs with him. I would not get swayed by the home appearances. While beautiful in the model homes, quality of material used in homes is incredibly cheap. The handiwork work is subpar as you will have to go back through and tighten all the door screws and more. You can tell they just bust these homes out as they make careless mistakes (my back patio didn’t have a lock for about 2-3 months after we moved in, cheap cabinet pieces weren’t even glued together in all areas). There was a shortage of supplies so we were promised a new screen for one of the rooms as it was ripped and we have lived in this unit for a year now… and no new screen - even with email reminders sent. Project managers are unresponsive. If they verbally say they will fix something, make sure you get it in writing as they will not abide.

They are reliable, communication was great, I had a great time, the project manager is the best. He is friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable about the house. He gave us good info of our house. We were under good care before and after building. I strongly recommend DRB, you won’t regret.

Our first experience with the DRB group was fantastic from start to finish! I truly appreciated the care we received from the entire team—from sales to the lender, design, and construction—leading us to our beautiful new home. Every interaction felt special and meaningful. I’m also thrilled about the upcoming Westphalia Town Center; having shops, restaurants, and even a movie theater within walking distance is so exciting! Whoo Hooo!
