DRB Homes Veramendi

This post/review has been a long time coming as we’ve been in our home for months. I needed to send raves about Heather who runs the Veramendi location! Even to this day, she is still quick to respond to any questions we have (this past week it was helping us find the right fence stain color!!) ! It’s impressive really, that she doesn’t ever lose her patience and she keeps her same warm personality each time we connect. She made our home touring and purchase seamless. When you meet her you know you can trust her: she’s from good people and the company is lucky to have such an asset to the team.

Heather at Brightland Homes @ Veramendi is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment we inquired about working with Brightland, there was not a question left unanswered. Above all else, she is personable, professional, and most of all, friendly. She truly made us feel right at home, and ultimately made our home-buying decision easy for us. There's not a thing we would change!

Tanya Granato and Gehan are amazing!! Tanya is a rockstar with a shining personality. And Gehan builds beautiful homes in a favorable price range. As a Realtor, I expect to get my clients the best possible deal and accountability when dealing with Builders. These guys are definitely hitting the expectation and then some. Highly recommend! I am super pleased and so are the Buyers that I represent.

Brightland Homes does not honor their warranty of one year. You find things wrong submit tickets/warranty and they ignore you. I submitted 3 tickets/warranty problems. I have been in my home less than 30 days My garage door does not work. I am elderly and my Husband has stage 4 cancer. And no response!!! Do not buy. I saw bad reviews but I figured there are always some. But they are TRUE.

I absolutely love Gehan homes in Veramendi! Tanya is so great at explaining the community, floor plans, amenities ect. Every time I walk into the model she is able to answer all my questions with a smile. We need more reps like Tanya ! Great team and product overall. Highly recommend:)
