I can’t speak highly enough of Brightland Homes at Sunflower Ridge! The Brightland reputation was the reason I went there to begin with but meeting Rhonda in the model home made it even better! She was not only so knowledgeable about the home I was interested in buying, but she was also able to really explain all the highlights of the community and surrounding areas. Such a pleasure to work with!

Stopped by the model home at Sunflower Ridge and had the pleasure of meeting Rhonda Alexander. She was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable—made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. The model itself is beautifully designed with a fantastic flow—truly one of the most well-thought-out floorplans I’ve seen. Brightland Homes really nailed it when it comes to quality and livability.
