DRB Homes Spring View Farms Single Family Homes

Justin from the sales department was great! The house itself is holding up nicely with a few minor complaints. Unfortunately, the warranty department is very difficult to get a hold of and did not follow through with communication. Contractors no-showed two times - very frustrating.

Our experience so far with Dan Ryan has been excellent. Our sales rep, Justin, has been an outstanding source of information. He has patiently taken the time to answer all our questions as we had so many going into the building process. His advice on choosing the right upgrades and design for our situation were very helpful. JT Toms is an outstanding project manager. His clear communication really made our building experience comfortable and clear despite all the supply chain delays and challenges of 2021 for all home builders.

We were initially very happy with our home but after about a year and a half now we are having alot of issues. Some are in warranty but take awhile to get fixed because they have so many warranty requests and you get alot of pushback. The electrical is atrocious, if you buy a home here do yourself a favor and pull all your outlets to make sure they are properly connected 2 in my son's room alone weren't even grounded. I have heard that DRB is better now but I will steer clear of ever having them build another house for me. Only reason they get 2 stars is because Justin the sales guy is awesome and Eric with warranty seems to genuinely care about fixing problems.

I'm currently building my dream home here and have been working with Justin (Sales) and Maverick (Project Manager). Both have been extremely friendly, responsive, and candid. Justin has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions, and he makes sure we are happy with our new home. So far, everything has been timely, and we haven't had any surprises. I'm beyond excited to continue this process and move into my new home!

From beginning to settlement, Justin and the rest of the Dan Ryan group were there. They were honest, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. As a first time home owner, it was a bit overwhelming to build a house but I can honestly say that they made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I would recommend to anyone looking to build a new home!!
