Closed on our new built home June 2024, build by Dan Ryan Builders. LVP began chipping and peeling where the plank connects within 13 months of living in the home. Riterug only offers 1 year warranty and has denied repairs or replacing due to a long list of things to not do. My home is well maintenance, groomed, and never live with any pets. I have live in apartments, rental homes, and also have bought a couple of homes myself and NEVER HAD AN ISSUE with any of the flooring. All throughout the home the LVP is bouncy and lifting. Considering taking out a 30 year mortgage on a new built home and face to rip all the LVP flooring up due to poor installation. Our experience with DRB was nothing short but extraordinary! I am truly truly blown away by the professionalism, transparency, and quality of the entire process. Our expectations were continuously EXCEEDED by DRB staff. Hunter, our construction manager, and Alexa, our Sales Consultant, couldn’t be more perfect human beings. They answered all of our questions and were wonderful to work with. As first time home buyers, with no family in this area, we never felt alone or misinformed.
