Update: I have emailed the address below THREE times with no response. ———- I have been attempting to escalate a construction quality/warranty issue without any luck. Hopefully someone will respond or reach out so I don’t have to resort to sitting outside the model homes with a “buyer beware / ask me about my experience” sign.

UPDATE: No, I will not give you my home address. That has nothing to do with this issue. The issue is that you are still flying the cheap air balloon that looks like a sketchy used car dealership marker. Castle Rock zoning has already warned and/or fined your company for the issue at least 5 times, yet you still ignore the town's signage rules! Please stop making our town look cheap and follow the rules! I want to start this off on a positive note, since we do love our home. We feel that the quality and design are perfect for us, and we have almost no complaints about the finished product. The floorplan is designed with Colorado in mind, and we feel there was a high level of detail associated with the architectural design. This is where the positivity ends...
