DRB home Grandview at millers mill Brought a home in March 2025 and the warranty Drb is offering is not good... The flooring was lay wrong and the staircase after time had 2 holes in the tread... 6 months later They do not want to fix the stair case... Bad materials was use of my stairs .. So definitely don't buy here… ice maker on new refrigerator have never work... They came out and replace ice maker three time... And still no ice..
The Grandview community by DRB Homes is gorgeous. James and Pauline are kind and knowledgeable onsite agents. They have really good incentives to make it easier to buy a home. It is definitely worth visiting. I rate this community 10 out of 10.
James has been very helpful thus far! Cant wait for my client to receive her keys!!!
Very nice homes they open house was amazing I stayed in the kitchen the whole time The lady was speaking with my best friend and her daughter
