DRB Homes Brunswick Crossing

We had a wonderful experience with Dan Ryan Builders when they built our house in Brunswick Crossing. The quality of materials and workmanship was great--we especially loved our hardwood floors and deck/patio. Everyone that we worked with on the team with was exceptional (Beth- Sales, Becca- Design Center, Danny- Construction, Darren- Preferred Lender). Everyone was helpful, friendly, and always prompt in answering questions and addressing any of our concerns. We would definitely recommend Dan Ryan Builders in Brunswick Crossing to our friends and family members!

I would not recommend DRB Homes Brunswick Crossing based on my experience. The quality of their homes is subpar, with numerous issues arising shortly after moving in. From poor craftsmanship to ongoing structural and finishing problems, it’s been nothing but frustration. Several areas of the home showed signs of rushed work, including uneven flooring, misaligned doors, and poorly installed fixtures. Additionally, customer service has been slow to respond to concerns, leaving homeowners to deal with unresolved issues on their own. For the price, I expected a well-built home, but instead, I’ve encountered constant disappointments.
