My heart goes out to the residents living here. Managers are never available and they run through management. As to why? I have no clue, but they can't keep anyone. I'm not sure how the maintenance repairs work, or who's taking these calls, but numerous ppl have said that their apt doesn't get looked at properly or they are waiting weeks for a response. I pray that this place gets help!!

Five stars for Aubrey the property manager! She is always available to answer your questions and helps you figure out solutions. She goes above and beyond by even getting you in contact with local organizations that can assist you. She does not just sit behind a desk all day. She treats all residents like family, and if that means she has to go and do maintenance on the apartment so they do not have to do with out, that's exactly what she does. She puts her heart into her job, and is not only a property manager, but a friend. Since Aubrey has started the job as property manager, I have seen so many improvements. Things actually are getting done, and we have someone that cares for our needs. Her dedication to her job, has changed the attitudes of the residents and they are taking pride

5 stars for Aubrey the property manager, I absolutely love living at Brandonwood (sister property) and truly loved working under Aubrey. She's probably the best boss and property manager I've ever had! I highly recommend trying to get out at one of PK Housing communities, it's easy, fairly fast, and reliable.

I absolutely loved my experience with the new property manager, Aubree. She was to the point, able to answer all of my questions I'd had about the community, and was even able to get me in contact with some local resources I might need. She was funny, honest, and down to earth; unlike other property managers I've delt with in the past. I HIGHLY recommend if you have any questions or problems to call her directly. The complex definitely seems like is changing in the right direction that's for sure!

I have lived here for a year and I love it! Nikki does a great job taking care of things and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. My apartment was clean when I moved in. The staff has been very punctual with maintenance requests. They keep the common areas clean and have been good about snow removal and salting the sidewalks. I haven't had any pest issues as far as infestation of any bugs or mice. It's a nice quiet family oriented property.
