This company managed the property where I leased my space. When they were hired three years ago (I was there a total of 8 years), I was hopeful they’d be better than the previous management company. They were exponentially worse. Their disregard for tenants shows in their patronizing tones, their lack of follow up, their untimely responses and their incompetence. In the last three years my space flooded numerous times (they had the audacity to tell me they wouldn’t charge me for the damages THEIR FLOOD caused “as a courtesy”), the roof they “fixed” still leaked (when I sent them a video of a literal waterfall in my space, they responded I should “put a bucket under that”), the pipes that they said they’d repair never were…you get the idea. This company is a miserable joke. If you're looking to use them to manage any type of asset like a commercial property, look elsewhere. You want to see how they allow properties to degrade because they are too cheap to do anything about them. Go visit the shopping center at 100 120th and Sheridan in Westminster. Be sure you drive carefully around all of the multitude of potholes because this company doesn't feel it's necessary to repave their parking lots. You'll be getting the bill for my damaged car too.
