It’s amazing to see only 5-star reviews — that definitely wasn’t my experience. Someone mentioned Daleen was “responsive,” and I really wish that had been true for me. There were some positives when I worked with others on the mortgage team, but when it came to Daleen, communication was slow and unhelpful. It sometimes took days to get an answer to a basic mortgage question. Honestly, it feels like they push the “preferred lender” option just to get you locked in with a few small incentives — after that, there’s no real urgency or attention to the client. Bottom line: it felt like Daleen didn’t care, and that showed through in the lack of service and responsiveness throughout the process.

I’ve never met someone so patient and knowledgeable. Wayne answered all of my questions and even when I threw out the craziest what if scenarios he answered them calmly and seriously. Professionalism at its finest. I will definitely use his expertise again.
