My experience leading up to the closing was satisfactory, though it appears that this was merely superficial. The homes and community are beautiful, (Sawmill Branch in Palm Coast) but there has been a major issue since closing that still hasn’t been resolved more than a month later. My address is # Oakleaf Ct, but almost every system automatically changes it to # Oakleaf Way, which is a different street in a neighboring community built by the same builder. Because the names are so similar, duplicate-suppression systems used by AT&T, delivery companies, and other services keep “correcting” the address. As a result, I still cannot get internet installed, ALL packages are misrouted, and even important mail like checks, official documents, and my driver’s license have been delivered to the wrong address.
