I have a 2,007 sq. ft. home in Odessa, TX, and they installed an undersized 3-ton AC unit that cannot cool the house. On the hottest days, my family is forced to live in unbearable heat, while the AC freezes constantly. I have filed over 20 warranty tickets and had technicians come more than 20 times, yet nothing has been fixed. Their advice? “Keep your doors open” or “don’t set the thermostat below 70 degrees,” this is not a solution, it’s a refusal to take responsibility, leaving my family uncomfortable and stressed every

In The Haven Odessa community, they erected an unpleasant shed behind my house, and when selling me the property, they assured the possibility of building a golf course or another improvement. Now, my view is regrettable, and, additionally, the warranty team refused to cover many of my reports, stating they didn't cover issues like raised tiles, scratched bathtubs, cracked floors, and year-round air conditioning problems in a brand-new home.

We worked with Dustin as our sales agent and he was the best! He found us a house that fit all of our needs and came in right at budget! When it came time to get ready to close, our builder Kim was amazing! She was personable and fun, any questions we had or issues that came up, she was able to help us right away!
